Discription of addition cure silicone
The mixing ratio of addition cure siliconer is normally 1:1, 10:1, 9:1, It has two parts, both of liquid form, part A is the translucent or other color silicone, part B is platinum curing agent.
Application of addition cure silicone:
1. Making mold of concrete stone, GRC, polyurethane products ; wax, candle decoration ; rapid prototyping and tyre molds; chocolate, candy and similar products.
2.To make the printing pads for plastic toys, craft works, product printing.
3.used for rapid prototyping gems molds,Resin diamond and etc.
4.for Breast enhancer, body organ, sex dolls, sex toys, silicone prostheses, silicone mask, ultra-realistic replicas of face, silicone fake skin,silicone animatronic skin,silicone baby mat, silicone baby doll, and so on.
5.for bonded seal of electronic components, power module and control module, LED invertor potting, etc which requires waterproof and insulation. It can be broadly used for LED screen, Wind Power Generator, PCB, substrate, etc.
6.for skid-proof purpose of frilals, T-shirt printing, underclothes and widely applied for cotton fabric, polyester-mixed cotton cloth, nylon cloth, flax, woolen, insulating cloth, etc.
7.for making labels separately,and also can be fabricated into trademarks thorough cloth pressing and leather pressing.Generally,it’s applied to the trademarks of jeans,shoes,toys,etc
